The RipTide Car Wash

I've been coming to Riptides for a while now and honestly these guys deserve a shoutout. Every time I pull in everybody's in a good mood and actually seems to care instead of just trying to rush cars through. Bryson has always been cool with me. He's helped me pick the right wash more than once and never tries to upsell me on stuff I don't need. Just a genuine dude that's easy to talk to. Dante is the guy out there spraying the cars down before they go through the wash and you can tell he takes his job seriously. He actually takes his time getting the car prepped instead of just giving it a quick spray and moving on. My car always comes out looking great. Nathan also deserves some credit. I was detailing my car after the wash and he came over to help me out even though he really didn't have to. Super respectful dude and just genuinely nice. Little things like that go a long way. It's hard to find a place where the employees actually seem like they enjoy what they do, but that's the vibe I get every time I come here. Definitely recommend Riptides if you're around Concord. These guys have earned my business.

Everyone here at Riptide has always gone above and beyond!! I cannot say enough good things about quality control and very friendly service. People smile at you and do their best to suggest budget-friendly purchases for you and your family! Pet friendly management always says hello to my Mom’s dog. Ultimately, was glad when it was owned and operated by a different owner and then sold to Riptide. So glad management stayed the same! Would highly recommend this place! Nick, Matt, Whitney, Josh, Bryson, Rod, Dante, are so kind, honest, and they really don’t have to be!!

Great customer service at the Concord location! I had some sticky, tar-like spots all over my SUV, and Matt noticed I was struggling to get them off. He offered assistance and went above and beyond to help remove them. I truly appreciated his help. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be returning for future car washes.

I’ve been going to Riptide since they opened their Poplar Tent location, and it’s been a great experience every time. The self-service car wash is excellent, and the vacuums always have strong suction. I also love that they provide Armor All window cleaner and rags—it’s such a helpful touch. Today, I noticed a big paint splatter on the side of my car and had no idea what happened. Matt and the riptide team went above and beyond trying to help me get it off. He worked with me to scrub it, pre-treat it, and even pressure wash it. Even though this is a self-service car wash, the team is always so kind and willing to help when you need it. Highly recommend!

Regarding the full service promotion at the Concord Location- it is awesome! I went to cancel but they gave another promotion for 90 days! The car wash is exceptional- especially the special tire dressing! And the drying is phenomenal. The cars look immaculate. And plenty of supplies to vacuum and clean. They make it easy because the vacuum and cleaners are in arms length. Plenty of clean towels too- simply fab!!
